Register a private limited company in India (SPICe+)
Digital signatures, a name reservation in SPICe+ Part A, the incorporation bundle in Part B with DIN, PAN, TAN, EPFO/ESIC and bank account in one filing — typically 5–10 working days.
Since the SPICe+ reform, incorporating a private limited company is a single web form in two parts on the MCA portal that bundles the name, the incorporation, director identification numbers, PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC, a professional-tax registration where applicable, and a bank account. The work is in the documents; the filing is fast.

Questions
- Do I need a separate DIN application?
- No. DINs for up to three directors are allotted through SPICe+ itself; only directors who already have a DIN quote it.
- What is the MCA fee?
- Nil for authorised capital up to ₹15 lakh; state stamp duty on the MoA/AoA applies and varies by state, plus the DSC cost and any professional fee.
- How long is the name reservation valid?
- An approved name in Part A is reserved for 20 days for a new company; file Part B within that window.
